Expert Review vs Self Review
We have introduced the option on our Design Centre to add an Expert Review and Measure Guarantee or to save more by self-reviewing your drawings. As always, our team is available to guide you every step of the way as you design your shutters.
Expert review
Not everyone is a shutters expert - but we are! We get it, shutters can be tricky and we want to help you get it right the first time. Add an expert review to your cart and one of our team will call you to review your order by phone before submitting it to the factory. We'll ask for photos of your windows and run through a series of questions over the phone to make sure that you get the best possible results for your windows. Because we're so confident, we're offering a Measure Guarantee if you add this feature. This feature is charged on a per square metre basis.
Self Review
We understand that some of our customers have done this before, or just want to save more on their shutters. That's why we've introduced the option to self-review your drawings. A few days after you've completed your order, we'll send you a link to view your factory drawings and complete a detailed checklist. Simply answer the questions, upload photos of your windows and sign off on your drawings - we'll take care of the rest!
