How Are My Shutters Delivered?
Delivery Time
Shutters will be delivered to your door between 7-9 weeks from when your order has been submitted. Delivery times may vary, depending on where you are located. You will be given a delivery window at least one week out from delivery.
Authority To Leave
We require authority to leave your shutters in a safe place. Upon checkout, you will have the option of selecting where you'd like shutters to be left (e.g. outside the front door, down the side, around the back, etc). You'll also have the opportunity to leave special instructions for us. We always do our best to follow these instructions, and will call you to arrange alternatives if your request can't be met.
We do our best to ensure that you receive a call 2-3 hours out from delivery. If you'd like to meet the driver upon delivery, please let us know via e-mail after you receive notification that your shutters have arrived in Australia.
Shipping Updates
You will receive at least three shipping updates after your order has been submitted:
Standard Orders
- 1. When your shutters have been manufactured and are on their way to Australia;
- 2. When your shutters have reached Australia;
- 3. When your shutters have been dispatched and are on their way to you. At this point you'll also receive tracking details and a delivery window.
Express Orders
- 1. When your shutters have entered the queue for manufacture
- 2. When your shutters have been manufactured;
- 3. When your shutters have been dispatched and are on their way to you. At this point you'll also receive tracking details and a delivery window.

How Are Shutters Packaged?
Generally, each shutter is separated into panels and frames. If your shutter has only a single panel, the panel and frame will be packed together. Each box is protected by custom-cut MDF board and foam pieces.
How Many Boxes Per Order?
The number of cartons for each order is calculated based on window and panel quantity. As you design and complete your shutters, you will find information in 'Your Windows' with approximate carton quantity, sizes and weight.
How Will The Shutters Be Delivered?
For orders of around 15 or less boxes, your shutters will be delivered in individual cartons. For orders over 15 boxes, your order may arrive on a pallet.
